INFORMATION FOR ONLINE WITHDRAWALS

PREVIOUS INTERVIEW
In order to accompany you, we need to get to know you. That's why, as a requirement for participation in in-person and online retreats, we conduct a pre-interview, either in person or virtually, so you can meet your guide and clear up any doubts you may have.
ONLINE PICKUP SCHEDULE
If it helps, you can follow the suggested schedule for in-person retreats, but we recommend using these days to explore and find your own pace. If you're planning on doing any other activities during the retreat, talk to your guide so they can help you.
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN MEDITATION
To participate in our retreats, you do not need any prior meditation experience. However, we recommend that you familiarize yourself with the practice of TWIM through our various activities and follow the recommendations your guide will provide during your initial interview.
REGISTRATION FORM
To participate in the Retreats, we ask you to complete the registration form that we will send you via email.
PRECEPTS
We recommend that you take Refuge, take the Precepts, recite the Recollections, and recite some verses from the Dhammapada in the morning. You can view the full content by clicking the Download button.
DHAMMA TALK
Every day, you must listen to the Dhamma Talk corresponding to that day of the retreat. We have several playlists available on our YouTube channel for you to choose from.
CELL PHONES
The use of cell phones is not recommended during the Retreat, as they can cause distractions that can hinder your progress in your practice.
DANA
Donations are made for the Guides and the Center. It is important to understand that our only financial support as a meditation center is donations. The teachings are offered openly and free of charge. Traditionally, each participant offers their donation (dana) to the extent they feel they have benefited from the practice. The Guides offer their time and expertise lovingly but maintain a secular life with family responsibilities.
Thanks to donations, we can continue offering these activities free of charge so everyone can access them.
Donation is entirely at the discretion of each participant. Each participant's offering helps others receive the teachings in the future. The donation is usually made on the last day of the retreat.
INTERVIEW AND DAILY REPORTS
Every day of the Retreat, you'll have the opportunity to have an online interview with the Guide so they can help you develop your practice. In some cases, you'll also be asked to complete a daily report, which will be sent to you via email.
